When you submit a project request or early-access request, VULTUR receives the information entered in the form. This may include your name, work email, company, role, business question, market, desired timing, and a description of your current process.
- Do not submit passwords, access credentials, sensitive personal information, or confidential files through the public form.
- Information provided during a later project conversation may be handled under separate agreed terms.
How the information is used
VULTUR uses inquiry information to review the request, determine whether the work or product may be a fit, respond to you, improve the inquiry process, and maintain a basic record of the conversation.

Storage and service providers
Website inquiries are delivered through VULTUR's authenticated email provider and retained in the business inbox used to respond to the request. Hosting and email providers may process limited technical and submitted information only as needed to provide those services.
VULTUR does not publish an inquiry or present it as client work without permission.
Retention
Inquiry records are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, protect the service, and meet applicable obligations. Records that are no longer needed should be removed or anonymized.
Cookies and analytics
The current public site does not use advertising cookies. Essential technical storage may be used for functions such as theme preference or secure site operation. If additional analytics or tracking are introduced, this notice should be updated before they are enabled.
Your choices
You may ask VULTUR to correct or delete information you submitted, subject to any information that must be retained for legitimate business, security, or legal reasons. Use the contact form and state that the request concerns privacy.
